I married a German in 1970, changed my name from Shakespeare to Schmidt !!, came to Schwalbach and have lived here ever since.           I started to paint seriously in 2003 . Most scenes are impressions of my holidays in Florida, but I also like to paint flowers, birds, boats or anything that takes my fancy .
